Dan Lopez, Owner / Agent

Dan specializes in the sale, acquisition, and management of multifamily investment properties in San Francisco. He offers a boutique service, tailored to San Francisco real estate investors.

Dan carries a variety of experiences within the industry. He's spent time working in commercial lending at Slatt Capital, then progressed to the internationally recognized brokerage firm, Marcus & Millichap. He has worked for a number of local investors whom are well established in the area. He has serviced over $500MM in real estate assets for clients.

Aside from real estate, Dan likes to be around family and friends. Downtime is spent exercising, creating music, or traveling. During football season you can find him in the stands at Levi's Stadium, watching the 49ers. As a passionate football fan, he has played and coached at various levels. His latest coaching effort was at St. Ignatius High School in San Francisco.

Eduardo Zepeda, Advisor

Since 2008, Eduardo has operated a portfolio of commercial real estate in the CBD of San Francisco consisting of multi-tenant office, retail, and mixed-use property. In addition, he handles leasing strategy for the portfolio, undertaking the entire process from LOI negotiations, lease document drafting and commentary, and managing tenant improvement projects and deliverables.

As a key principal, he owns and operates a portfolio of multi-family assets in the Bay Area and other growth markets across the US. He continues to pursue value-add and opportunistic projects for himself and investors in in several key markets. As a broker, Eduardo has completed over 150 transactions equating to over $100MM in value. His advisory expertise includes site acquisitions, lease negotiation, relocations, and the purchase and sale of investment real estate assets.

Ebru Gilas, Research Director

Ebru is the backbone of the R.E.I.S. operation. Her ability to compile vital information and handle various tasks is her super power. Her graceful, unwavering approach to daily life is what separates her from the rest of the pack. Ebru is also a licensed real estate professional who often works with first-time homebuyers. Aside from real estate, she enjoys the outdoors, camping, fishing, and exercising.
